How we deliver?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

What are your delivery timeframes?

Once you’ve received your order confirmation shipping email, please allow:

  • Standard Free Shipping: Within 7-16 days*
    Please, notice this does not include our 1-3 day processing time.

International Shipping

International shipping prices vary by territory. See shipping choices by carrier in check-out (Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout).

For orders to Australia, New Zealand Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, France, Spain, Mexico, Israel and Japan,

  • Duties & Taxes are included during check-out on all orders shipping to your countries. It means any Duties & Taxes that apply to your order will be listed during the check out process and your package may be delivered to your door.

For all other international orders may be subject to import Duties & Taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country, which means fees will be due upon receipt. Expert Riders is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

*Please note due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, weather, customs issues, logistics delays and more such as Covid-19, may cause delays that are beyond our control. Please don't panic if the order doesn't show up right away, it is on its way.

Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours after the order has been placed. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
