General
We currently don’t have a phone number for customer service inquiries, but we recommend taking a look around our FAQs and Policies to find answers to your questions/concerns.

We want to make sure your items are received as quickly as possible, and so, whenever we receive your order, we need between 1-3 days to process your order and we send the products out the next business day to your shipping address. Please note we do not ship on weekends and we process orders between Monday and Friday.
Confirmation emails are received shortly after an order is placed. If you do not receive your confirmation email right away, don’t fret! Your confirmation email may experience a delay if your order was placed during a period of high order volume, such as a promotion.

Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. Not to worry! It appears that your order was successfully placed. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!
If your order has been paid and you need to make a change, you must contact us by clicking HERE within 12 hours after the order has been placed with your order number and the updated address. However, once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be changed as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process.
Yes! Please email our Customer Support team by clicking HERE with your order number, original email address, and the updated email address so that we may make the changes for you. Once your email address has been updated, we can resend your order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation emails to the updated address.
All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us ASAP after the order has been placed. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but we understand that mistakes can happen. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority and we will gladly assist you with any issues with your order. Please contact our Customer Support team by clicking HERE within 14 days of delivery so that we may help you further. Please note that you may be required to provide photos of your goodies in order for our team to best assist you.
Shipping
Yes, shipping cost is included to unit price. Some products offer a Premium Shipping which is a faster delivery for an extra cost.
Normally, the delivery time depends on shipping method and destination country. We do our best to get your order as soon as possible. Once you’ve received your order confirmation shipping email, please allow:
- Standard Free Shipping: Within 7-16 days**
**Please, notice this does not include our 1-3 day processing time. Most of the times our products can be delivered before 16 days; however, we need to have a delivery window in case something comes up.
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us by clicking HERE
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you.
No need to worry, unfulfilled just means your order is processing and has not yet shipped! Once your order ships, it will be marked as Fulfilled/Shipped. You'll receive an email with tracking once this happens!
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us by clicking HERE
Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, it will be cancelled and refunded. We will notify you if this happens!
Sometimes the tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your concierge and/or post office for more information in the meantime!

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays! We recommend reaching out to your local post office or the tracking number sent before for more information on the status of your order.
If your order has exceeded typical shipping times, please email our Customer Support by clicking HERE, within 16 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further.
Orders are subject to being automatically combined by our system if placed on the same day and shipping to the same address.
Please note that orders cannot be combined manually by our team, and shipping fees for orders that may be combined by our system are non-refundable.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
For orders to Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, France, Mexico, Singapore, Japan, New Zealand, Spain, and Israel; duties & Taxes are now included during checkout on all orders shipping to your country! This means you will save on agent fees and your package may be delivered to your door! Any Duties & Taxes that apply to your order will be listed during the checkout process.
For all other international orders, Expert Riders is not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. These fees are not included in your Expert Riders order and all fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
Payments, Promos & Gift Vouchers
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, and AfterPay*! *AfterPay is currently only available for customers within some specific countries.
All discount codes will come with an expiration date at the time that they are issued, so that you can plan your shopping date accordingly.
Please, keep in mind that discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers that may be live on our site at the time that your order is placed. It means, multiple codes cannot be applied to a single order.

Always make sure to review your order summary prior to completing checkout to make sure you are snagging the best deal for your goodies.
Please, make sure to copy and paste your exact code into the coupon box to apply your discount. Keep in mind that promo codes cannot be combined, nor can they be applied towards shipping. Also, they typically cannot be used during promotions as well, so double check the fine print when a promotion is live to be sure.
We are unable to honour any promotions for orders placed outside of the promotional time frame as this would be unfair to the rest of our customers. We’re so sorry for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Once your bank pulls the funds of your order, your bank may or may not charge additional fees for international transactions. Please, reach out to your bank for more information on any additional charges/fees.
Returns & Refunds
If your order is traveling beyond our time frames, please email our Customer Support team by clicking HERE with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further!
For returned orders, please note that we will issue a full refund for your order once it is received at our facilities and confirmed to be undeliverable. We are unable to process a refund for a returned order until we physically receive the package. We apologise for any inconvenience!
